Dead or Alive Xtreme 2 Ships This Week

The confusion surrounding DOAX2’s various release dates seems to be at an end. The official United States release date is 11/15 — that’s this Wednesday. Online retailers like EB Games are now reporting a shipping date of Monday, 11/13 — so we’re officially just a few days away from another generation of corny, goofy volleyball (and jetski) action. Ikuyo!

There is also a DOAX2 calendar available. ‘Cause, I mean…why not, right?

  1. Well, I know what I’ll be playing come the middle of the week!

  2. Woo! Got the call this evening, the game will be available tomorrow afternoon!

  3. Indeed! Well, the call said the game “should” be there tomorrow afternoon. I’ll have to give ‘em a call before I drive out for no reason.

  4. Yeah, I’m thinking of doing same. Especially because I was hoping to combine the game pickup with getting some lunch, which typically comes before the afternoon is too far along. ;)

Don’t forget to DEMAND your Helena figurine, too. :D

  5. You know, when I pre-ordered the game, I inquired about the Helena figure, and the clerk looked at me as if I’d just spoken to him in Chinese. Then, another time when I was at the same store, I overheard the same clerk talking to another customer about how — at the brick-and-mortar stores — they have little interaction with the online site, and how the online site often promises goodies and giveaways that they (the in-store clerks) know nothing about/have never heard of.

So, uh, I’m not going to be disappointed if the dude there has never heard of the Helena figure giveaway, I guess is what I’m saying.

  6. Oh, that blows. Dang.

I know I’ve gotten preorder bonuses in the store before, but now that I think about it, those times the bonus was clearly advertised in the store as well. Might go empty-handed on this one.

  7. Wow…watching the opening movie even makes you feel like a perv! Woo hoo!

And don’t get me started on the jiggling…
