		<description>Thank you!  I figured posting "I went out for a ride!" every day would be a bit, ah, redundant...so I neglected to mention anything of the sort today, but I &lt;em&gt;did&lt;/em&gt; actually keep my date with the bicycle.  That's three days in a row now.  

I figure the only way I'm going to consistently keep up this workout program is to make it part of my routine; always happening at the same time of day, etc.  I'm very routine-oriented, so sticking to a set of familiar habits is easy.  The more familiar getting some exercise can be, the easier it'll be to do it without thinking about it.</description>
