What Do You Mean It’s Already Started?

Umm, I may be a little late to the party here, but…IT’S AUGUST 8TH FOR GOD’S SAKE! I suppose the public schools think that they can magically eliminate the problems caused by delinquent kids, criminally negligent parents and abominable school districts by stuffing children into stifling hot classrooms for that many more weeks of the year. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
Wowzers. I remember thinking it was cruel and unusual punishment having to go back to school at the end of August (while all the other kids didn’t go back until early September). This is insane; I’m glad I got out when I did.
