Oddball Update

Just cleaned up my “office” room.

Nintendo has revealed the controller for their next-gen console (the Revolution), and it looks like a TV remote control.

Any time I have a variety of nondescript things to post on here, which is going to be more and more often what with my decision to just post something as often as I can, I’m going to headline the entry with a title that’s more of an inside joke than anything else.

I have no words for this car on eBay, except maybe: Why does an automatic need a shift light?

Northwest Airlines is bankrupt. Seriously, most of the U.S. domestic airline industry is in turmoil, and has been ever since 9/11. U.S. Airways, United, America West, Delta and Northwest…all in serious trouble.

It’s Wednesday, and things are good here.
Buyout negotiations at work proceeded pretty well over the last few days.

Well, excuse me for not posting yesterday.
Meanwhile, there’s some kind of big shindig going down tonight, courtesy of my work.

Hey, didn’t that used to be the Hardee’s slogan? “All Kinds of Good Stuff?” I seem to remember that from back when they had Days of Thunder toys, which as you’ve already guessed was about a million years ago.

Went out for a walk this evening and took a few more pictures. Wasn’t using the tripod, but set the camera down on the railing of a couple of different bridges in the community.
