Pissed at Netflix
WTF is going on with Netflix lately? About a week or 10 days ago, all of a sudden their reaction time went down by 50%. It’s taking them twice as long to turn around a movie. If they get a return on Monday, now they don’t ship the next one until Wednesday. And their estimates are a day off now — if they ship on Wednesday, they estimate we’ll get it on Friday, but then it gets here on Saturday. It used to be one business day turnaround for all of these events!
Is the postal service contributing to this? Did half the people at our local Netflix center quit? What. The. Hell is going on?
