Interestingly, the Netflix queue sidebar feature I installed only yesterday has already ceased to function, so I’ve removed it from the templates for the time being. Rather than returning the information it was returning yesterday, now the script is giving me only a cryptic “Resource #88.” I think maybe Netflix got honked off that I was serving up images via their bandwidth, which I admit in retrospect was a lousy idea. They use Akamai content servers for bandwidth distribution so I thought it was worth ripping off. Maybe not.
Anyway, unless I can figure out a way to get this fixed (albeit without the images this time), the short-lived “Currently Watching” sidebar won’t be back. Bollocks.
