Idiot Strikes!
I received a call today from one of the bornswoggling charlatans who I have developed a website for, complaining that his site has been suspended. And he can’t find out why, because they “won’t take a phone call from him,” and he doesn’t have the cPanel password required to open a support ticket.
Sigh. I’m going to call him back and give him the cPanel password tonight when I get home. This sure doesn’t sound like a billing issue, though. I’m afraid it’s worse. I can’t wait to find out what he expects me to do about it.
