Starting in just under an hour, I begin a day and a half of “free time off” from the office. I’m not really clamoring for a day off—although it is going to help me get some stuff done that I couldn’t ordinarily do—but if I didn’t take this time off by the end of the month, it was going to dematerialize and I’d never see it again. Free time off! Why not use it?

I’m going to start by joining my wife at her Thai restaurant for lunch, then I’ll probably go home and yell at the mortgage company until they send me the tax information they owe me from the company they “absorbed” last year. After that I intend to play through the Far Cry demo again, and write up a review of it. Maybe. If I feel like doing that. If I don’t, I’ll probably just waste time watching TV or windexing my Trans Am’s windshield.

Tomorrow I’m having KITT examined at a local shop to see what it will cost to have my exhaust installed. I’m also going to see if that shop can remove my damn oxygen sensor. The Bikini Website Guy is coming by any minute to drop off another $100 of the $350 he owes me, so that rocks.
